 Parking is limited so we recommend no more than 2 vehicles per reservation. Boats, trailers or golf carts are NOT allowed in the Sandvillas Parking lot but may be parked behind the fence behind the parking lot (not blocking trash bins) or in public parking beside Sandvillas.

We collect a $500 damage deposit 7 days before check in to hold for incidentals. This will be refunded within 3-5 days post check out provided no damage as occurred. 

We provide access via smart code keypad lock. Unique code will be provided to guest 24-48 hours before check in. Code will not work until 4PM check in. 

Check-out Instructions:
The condo must be vacated by 10.00 A.M. on check-out day. Our cleaning crew depends upon your departure so they may take care of preparing for the next scheduled guests. Check-out instructions will be emailed to guest and posted in unit. Guest is responsible for leaving unit damage-free and in good shape for the next guest. 

We are not on site but available by text or phone. The only hours you may not get a quick response is between the hours of 8PM-4AM.

Fully stocked kitchen to provide you with all the tools needed to prepare a meal in the comforts of the condo.

Family friendly beach lots of restaurants, local attractions, and outdoor activities!

Maximum occupancy is 6. Our unit can sleep four adults comfortably in a King and Queen bed. Our Bunk beds are comfortable but better suited for adolescents and children. No more than 6 occupants allowed.

Hi there! We are Tom and Jennifer, owners of the Driftwood Oasis condo on Ocean Isle Beach! Ever since our girls were old enough to walk, we have spent time every summer at the Carolina coast chasing the tides, collecting treasures on the beach and making memories to last a life time. It has always been a dream of ours to own our own place we can continue to enjoy together and offer the same wonderful experiences to our guests. We have finally made this dream a reality and are excited to share our Driftwood Oasis and host you at Ocean Isle Beach!
