The Space

Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo features a bright open layout with a relaxed coastal feel, designed for comfort after a day at the beach.

The primary bedroom offers a comfortable king bed with a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and bunk beds, making it perfect for kids or additional guests.

The living area features a large sectional sofa and smart TV, perfect for movie nights or relaxing after a long beach day. The spacious dining table comfortably seats everyone for meals, games, or planning the next day’s adventures.

We provide thoughtful essentials to make your stay easy, including:

• Washer and dryer
• Clean linens and bath towels
• Starter supplies and coffee
• Roku smart TVs
• Board games and books

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire condo (with the exception of two small owner closets), plus:

• Our private storage unit with bikes and beach gear
• Community pool and grilling areas
• On-site parking

Location

Our condo is located just one mile from the Ocean Isle Beach Pier, where you’ll find mini golf, shops, restaurants, a playground, and a splash pad.
Ocean Isle Beach offers something special year-round.

☀️ SUMMER - Friday night concerts, movies in the park, outdoor markets, fishing, mini golf, restaurants, ice cream shops, and the Museum of Coastal Carolina.

🍂 FALL - Beautiful weather and fewer crowds. The popular NC Oyster Festival takes place every October.

❄️ WINTER - Peaceful and relaxing. Perfect for extended stays and snowbird getaways (Nov–Feb). Message us for discounted monthly rates.

Ocean Isle Beach is also conveniently located 50 minutes from Wilmington and 45 minutes from Myrtle Beach and Southport.

Important Community Rules

Our condo is part of the Sandvillas HOA community, so please be mindful of the following:

• Pets are not allowed
• No smoking anywhere on the property
• Golf carts, boats, and trailers are not permitted in the parking lot
• The community pool is open April–October (not heated and closed after dark per state law)

The condo is located on the second floor and accessed by four short flights of stairs. Please note there is no elevator.

Parking Included

Parking is limited so we recommend no more than 2 vehicles per reservation. Boats, trailers or golf carts are NOT allowed in the Sandvillas Parking lot but may be parked behind the fence behind the parking lot (not blocking trash bins) or in public parking beside Sandvillas.

Hi there! We are Tom and Jennifer, owners of the Driftwood Oasis condo on Ocean Isle Beach! Ever since our girls were old enough to walk, we have spent time every summer at the Carolina coast chasing the tides, collecting treasures on the beach and making memories to last a life time. It has always been a dream of ours to own our own place we can continue to enjoy together and offer the same wonderful experiences to our guests. We have finally made this dream a reality and are excited to share our Driftwood Oasis and host you at Ocean Isle Beach!

Policies

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

Check Out: 10AM

We provide access via smart code keypad lock. Unique code will be provided to guest 24-48 hours before check in. Code will not work until 4PM check in.

Check-out Instructions:
The condo must be vacated by 10.00 A.M. on check-out day. Our cleaning crew depends upon your departure so they may take care of preparing for the next scheduled guests. Check-out instructions will be emailed to guest and posted in unit. Guest is responsible for leaving unit damage-free and in good shape for the next guest.

Minimum age limit for renters: 21

Legal photo ID (Driver's License or Passport) is required at booking to confirm identity and age. The ID will be used for verification purposes only and secured safely in owner's database until destroyed post stay.

Maximum occupancy: undefined

Maximum occupancy is 6. Our unit can sleep four adults comfortably in a King and Queen bed. Our Bunk beds are better suited for adolescents and children.

House Rules

We want your stay at Driftwood Oasis to be relaxing and enjoyable. To help keep the condo in great condition for all guests, we kindly ask that you follow the house rules below. **No Pets, Smoking, or Illegal Substances** Pets, smoking, and the use of any illegal substances are not permitted inside the condo. In addition, the Sandvillas community is a completely **non-smoking property**, so smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises. **Care of the Condo** Please treat the condo and all furnishings with care. We’ve stocked the unit and storage area with items for your enjoyment during your stay. Before departure, we simply ask that all items be returned to their original storage location. **Sandvillas Community Rules** Because our condo is part of the Sandvillas community, all guests must follow the HOA guidelines: -Guest pets are not permitted on the property -Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the Sandvillas property -Golf carts, boats, and trailers are not permitted in the Sandvillas parking lot -Please follow all posted pool rules so everyone can enjoy the pool safely **Quiet Hours** The Town of Ocean Isle Beach has a noise ordinance beginning at **10:00 PM**, so please keep noise levels respectful during this time. Thank you for helping us keep Driftwood Oasis a peaceful and welcoming place for all guests.

Payment Policy

We accept payments on this website safely and securely through STRIPE. There is a 3% credit card processing fee with each transaction. Please contact us with any questions.

Damage Deposit Policy

As a security deposit alternative, Houfy Protect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

A reservation cancelled at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount paid. If cancelled between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of amount paid will be refunded. If cancelled less than 14 days before check-in, a refund will not be issued. Guest accepts full responsibility for loss of rent in case of any unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to mandatory evacuation. We highly recommend you purchase a travel insurance policy for your trip to cover any unforeseen circumstances. Options for your consideration:

Notes

Guest is responsible for keeping the unit clean and safe during reservation stay and has an obligation to notify owner immediately of any safety issues discovered. All beds will have linens, mattress pads, quilts and pillows. We provide bath towels for your use. We strive to provide a starter essentials but you will need to supply additional essentials needed for the duration of your stay.

Grilling is permitted on the outdoor charcoal community grill only near the pool. Please be sure to clean the grill before you leave so the next guest finds it ready for use. Please do not use portable outdoor grills on decks, porches or near wooded areas as you are responsible for any damages.

Guest and all the occupants of the unit agree to release and indemnify the Owner from and against all claims for damages and/or personal injuries to any person arising out of the use of subject premises. Guest is responsible for any and all damages to the property from all guests.
