Pets, smoking and the use of any illegal substances are NOT ALLOWED in this rental unit. Please be considerate and mindful of all items in the condo and in the storage unit available for your use and enjoyment. Please return all items to original storage location before departure.

We also have important rules per our HOA to be mindful of:
-Guest pets are NOT allowed
-There is NO SMOKING anywhere on the Sandvillas property premises
-Golf carts, boats or trailers are NOT allowed in the Sandvillas parking lot
-Community pool rules are clearly posted and should be followed by ALL guests to ensure the safety and enjoyment of everyone.

We accept payments on this website safely and securely through STRIPE. There is a 3% credit card processing fee with each transaction. Please contact us with any questions.

A reservation cancelled at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount paid. If cancelled between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of amount paid will be refunded. If cancelled less than 14 days before check-in, a refund will not be issued. Guest accepts full responsibility for loss of rent in case of any unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to mandatory evacuation. Guest is responsible for keeping the unit clean and safe during reservation stay and has an obligation to notify owner immediately of any safety issues discovered. All beds will have linens, mattress pads, quilts and pillows. We provide bath towels and beach towels for your use. We strive to provide a starter essentials but you will need to supply additional essentials needed for the duration of your stay.

Grilling is permitted on the outdoor charcoal community grill only near the pool. Please be sure to clean the grill before you leave so the next guest finds it ready for use. Please do not use portable outdoor grills on decks, porches or near wooded areas as you are responsible for any damages.

Guest and all the occupants of the unit agree to release and indemnify the Owner from and against all claims for damages and/or personal injuries to any person arising out of the use of subject premises. Guest is responsible for any and all damages to the property from all guests.
