To help keep the condo in great condition for all guests, we kindly ask that you follow the house rules below. **No Pets, Smoking, or Illegal Substances** Pets, smoking, and the use of any illegal substances are not permitted inside the condo. In addition, the Sandvillas community is a completely **non-smoking property**, so smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises. **Care of the Condo** Please treat the condo and all furnishings with care. We’ve stocked the unit and storage area with items for your enjoyment during your stay. Before departure, we simply ask that all items be returned to their original storage location. **Sandvillas Community Rules** Because our condo is part of the Sandvillas community, all guests must follow the HOA guidelines: -Guest pets are not permitted on the property -Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the Sandvillas property -Golf carts, boats, and trailers are not permitted in the Sandvillas parking lot -Please follow all posted pool rules so everyone can enjoy the pool safely **Quiet Hours** The Town of Ocean Isle Beach has a noise ordinance beginning at **10:00 PM**, so please keep noise levels respectful during this time. Thank you for helping us keep Driftwood Oasis a peaceful and welcoming place for all guests.

We accept payments on this website safely and securely through STRIPE. There is a 3% credit card processing fee with each transaction. Please contact us with any questions.

A reservation cancelled at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount paid. If cancelled between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of amount paid will be refunded. If cancelled less than 14 days before check-in, a refund will not be issued. Guest accepts full responsibility for loss of rent in case of any unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to mandatory evacuation. Guest is responsible for keeping the unit clean and safe during reservation stay and has an obligation to notify owner immediately of any safety issues discovered. All beds will have linens, mattress pads, quilts and pillows. We provide bath towels for your use. We strive to provide a starter essentials but you will need to supply additional essentials needed for the duration of your stay.

Grilling is permitted on the outdoor charcoal community grill only near the pool. Please be sure to clean the grill before you leave so the next guest finds it ready for use. Please do not use portable outdoor grills on decks, porches or near wooded areas as you are responsible for any damages.

Guest and all the occupants of the unit agree to release and indemnify the Owner from and against all claims for damages and/or personal injuries to any person arising out of the use of subject premises. Guest is responsible for any and all damages to the property from all guests.
